How does a corporate yoga session work?
A corporate yoga session consists of breathing exercises, concentration, postures, stretches, and dynamic sequences to be practiced standing, sitting, or lying down. While the session is open to everyone, a few precautions should be observed. It is therefore recommended to have an empty stomach before practicing.
That’s why your instructor recommends a session between noon and two o’clock or in the morning.
